📋 Description
- • As an Epic HB Analyst at Prominence Advisors LLC, you will help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges by driving strategic process improvement, managing complex projects, and solving difficult problems using your expertise in Epic HB systems.
- • Day to day, you will work directly with healthcare clients to optimize their Epic HB implementations, analyze workflows, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making to enhance clinical and operational efficiency.
- • Prominence Advisors is a healthcare technology strategy and implementation firm founded by former Epic managers, specializing in IT staffing, advisory services, and analytics solutions to help leading healthcare organizations leverage data for better care at lower cost.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Epic HB systems, lead impactful healthcare IT projects, and grow your career within a award-winning culture recognized for innovation and workplace excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Epic HB certification
- • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
