  • • Be the face of Doxel in the field: travel 60-70 % of the year to active construction sites across the United States, delivering high-impact, in-person training sessions that turn first-time users into confident power-users of our AI-driven reality-capture platform.
  • • Own the entire customer onboarding experience for Reality Capture workflows—from the moment boots hit dirt through the first 90 days—ensuring every superintendent, PM, and VDC manager can capture, upload, and interpret data with zero friction.
  • • Model best practices during initial onsite data-capture sessions: set up Insta360 cameras, calibrate drones, and walk customer teams through the exact steps that produce the crisp, georeferenced imagery our AI models need to deliver schedule-saving insights.
  • • Build and continuously refine a scalable Train-the-Trainer curriculum that transforms select customer champions into certified internal experts, multiplying Doxel’s reach without adding headcount.
  • • Produce polished, self-service enablement assets—step-by-step quick-start guides, micro-learning videos, LMS-ready modules, and troubleshooting FAQs—so customers can onboard new hires in minutes, not days.
  • • Monitor incoming data streams in near real-time, spot quality anomalies (blurred frames, GPS drift, missing overlaps), and drive rapid remediation with customer teams before small issues snowball into schedule delays.
  • • Act as the single point of accountability for all field-reported data-capture issues: log tickets, reproduce problems on-site, coordinate hot-fix validation with Engineering, and close the loop with customers within SLA.
  • • Partner with Customer Success Managers to interpret usage analytics, identify adoption risks, and schedule targeted re-training or workflow optimization sessions that keep expansion revenue on track.
  • • Field-test every beta release of Doxel’s mobile app while on active job sites, capturing screen recordings, network logs, and user feedback that directly shape the next sprint’s priorities.
  • • Translate gritty, real-world construction constraints—mud, rain, 5 a.m. concrete pours—into crisp user stories that help Product and Engineering prioritize ruggedization, offline mode, and battery-life improvements.
  • • Own the end-to-end quoting and order-form process for data-capture services: scope site complexity, define deliverables, and secure customer sign-off so Finance can invoice with confidence.
  • • Maintain a living library of enablement content that evolves lock-step with every new feature release, ensuring field teams and customers are never more than one click away from the latest best practices.
  • • Champion safety above all: complete site-specific orientations, enforce PPE compliance, and embed safety moments into every training so Doxel’s reputation for professionalism matches the quality of its AI.
  • • Deliver measurable impact: track training NPS, data-capture accuracy, and time-to-first-value KPIs, then present quarterly business reviews to internal leadership showing how enablement drives retention and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years in customer-facing roles such as Field Enablement, Training, Customer Success, or Professional Services
  • • Demonstrated experience working directly with Construction Industry Professionals on active job sites
  • • Technical aptitude with mobile apps, iOS devices, camera hardware, and basic drone operations
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, professional training collateral and video content
  • • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed; comfortable managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously
  • • Willing and able to travel 60–70 % across the U.S. and adhere to all site-specific safety requirements
