- • As an Account Director at Valence, you will engage directly with senior executives, including Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) within Fortune 500 organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to guide these leaders through the intricate and often challenging process of meaningful AI adoption. This role is fundamentally consultative, characterized by long sales cycles, and centered on cultivating executive relationships, developing robust business cases, designing pilot programs, and navigating complex enterprise procurement processes.
- • This position exists at the dynamic intersection of enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and the pioneering of a new market category. You will not be assigned a pre-defined territory or handed a mature sales playbook. Instead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and building our go-to-market strategies and methodologies. Valence is intentionally redefining the traditional enterprise sales motion by investing in individuals who possess deep, strategic problem-solving capabilities and can engage thoughtfully with clients on complex organizational change initiatives.
- • Your core responsibilities will include advancing enterprise opportunities from initial engagement through to successful closure, and driving new customer acquisition. You will work in close partnership with our Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to continuously refine our go-to-market approach as the AI coaching category evolves. Success in this role is predicated on sound judgment, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to transform trusted executive relationships into enduring, valuable enterprise partnerships.
