- • Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain robust rapport and credibility with a diverse portfolio of clients, engaging in frequent, consultative interactions. This involves actively listening to client needs, understanding their business objectives, and translating those into actionable agency briefs.
- • You will be the first point of contact for client requests, meticulously documenting and managing modifications to ongoing projects. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
- • A deep, day-to-day involvement in client initiatives is crucial. This includes a comprehensive understanding of their business landscape, strategic goals, media plans, and creative development processes. You will act as a strategic partner, offering insights and guidance that align with their overarching business objectives.
- • You will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality client presentations, ensuring all materials are polished, persuasive, and accurately reflect the agency's work and strategic thinking. This involves thorough review of all creative, strategic, and media deliverables before they are presented to the client or enter final production.

- • You will be a proactive force in developing business-building ideas for both clients and the agency. This involves staying ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to bring these ideas to fruition.
- • You will partner seamlessly with internal departments, including Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Social Media, Development, Content & Video, Media, and Project Management. Your role is to ensure clear communication and efficient collaboration, providing these teams with timely and accurate market data, budget parameters, job specifications, and relevant marketing updates.
- • Maintaining accurate records of client expenditures, time utilization, billing information, client contacts, and conference reports is essential for operational efficiency and client transparency.
- • You will constantly be on the lookout for opportunities to expand clients' business and increase agency billings, demonstrating a keen commercial acumen.
- • Understanding the basic client contract and ensuring all activities align with its terms is a fundamental requirement.
- • You will be responsible for frequent communication of business updates to the client, ensuring they are always informed about progress and strategic direction.
- • Communicating project schedules and obtaining necessary approvals from the client, in accordance with project timelines, is a critical function.
- • Obtaining client approval of media plans and effectively communicating these plans, including creative unit specifications, to the Project Management team is vital for seamless execution.
- • You will oversee client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- • Opening and managing non-production estimates, such as those for fees, travel, or presentations, will also fall under your purview as needed.
