  • • As a Group Account Director at Snowball Digital, you will lead a portfolio of key client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner who translates business goals into compelling YouTube content strategies that drive organic growth and audience loyalty.
  • • You will oversee multiple end-to-end engagements, managing client relationships while guiding internal teams of producers, strategists, and creatives to deliver high-impact, evergreen content that builds long-term value for both clients and the agency.
  • • Snowball Digital is a fast-growing YouTube agency founded by industry veterans who have shaped the platform’s evolution, with proven success in building owned media channels for global brands that outperform paid media in reach and engagement.
  • • The team brings deep expertise from iconic brands like WIRED, Vogue, Jubilee, and MrBeast’s studio, and is committed to redefining how brands approach YouTube as a strategic, long-term owned channel rather than an ad buy.
  • • In this role, you will develop and execute creative and strategic direction for client accounts, ensuring all work meets the highest bar for storytelling, production quality, and audience resonance.
  • • You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between client stakeholders and internal creatives to align on vision, execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • • You will drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities, deepening relationships, and proposing strategic initiatives that increase Snowball’s impact within client organizations.
  • • You will support clients beyond formal scope when needed—assisting with briefs, internal storytelling, and decision-making—to strengthen trust and position Snowball as an indispensable partner.
  • • You will champion exceptional work internally, advocating for creative excellence and helping to elevate the agency’s reputation as a leader in YouTube strategy and content innovation.
  • • You will maintain rigorous standards for communication, execution, and client experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Snowball’s values of clarity, proactivity, and overdelivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–12+ years of experience in account management, client services, or brand/marketing roles
  • • Proven experience operating at the Account Director level or equivalent, managing multiple clients and leading cross-functional teams
  • • Strong understanding of brand, marketing, and storytelling, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to creative strategy
  • • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, synthesis, and clear playback
  • • Ability to read between the lines, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable direction
  • • Experience leading teams across creative, production, and strategy functions
  • • Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • • A quick study who can rapidly ramp on new industries and business models
