  • • This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of channel knowledge and strategic planning, enabling you to shape and execute impactful media strategies across all channels.
  • • You will be a key player in a dynamic agency environment, working with progressive, award-winning brands and contributing to their continued growth and market leadership.

  • • You will be joining a well-established client team, comprising two Business Directors, three Account Directors (including this role), one Senior Executive, and two Executives. This structure necessitates strong coordination and leadership to ensure the delivery of excellence in client service and media planning.
  • • Your role will involve directly overseeing and coordinating the work of more junior team members on specific projects, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • • You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, where individual contributions are recognized and collective goals are achieved.
  • • A core aspect of the role involves leveraging data-led planning to inform strategic decisions, continuously seeking opportunities for testing and innovation to optimize campaign performance.
  • • Delivering outstanding client service is at the forefront of this position, requiring you to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at VMO2.
  • • You will be expected to manage multiple projects and a diverse range of stakeholders effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical abilities to navigate complex client needs.
  • • A key responsibility will be to influence clients through persuasive verbal and written communication, presenting clear, compelling recommendations and strategic insights.
  • • You will utilize your understanding of the client's business to drive meaningful conversations with senior client contacts, media owners, and internal Specialist Business Units (SBUs).
  • • Developing and nurturing robust working relationships with both internal agency teams and external partners will be crucial for integrated campaign success.
  • • You will proactively drive integration across all elements of the client team and broader agency services, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach.
  • • The creation and presentation of powerful, data-backed recommendations and engaging presentations will be a regular requirement.
  • • Establishing benchmarks for the quality of work delivered by yourself and your team will be essential for continuous improvement and performance measurement.
  • • You will be accountable for ensuring that your team's and your own deadlines are met, proactively managing expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • • Experience in leading and developing a team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
