- • Strategic leadership role focused on shaping and communicating Riveron’s Advisory offerings to drive clarity, connectivity, and market differentiation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing executive-level narratives, pitch materials, client-facing presentations, and internal strategy content; synthesizing insights across practices; facilitating cross-functional initiatives; and serving as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Advisory and senior leadership.
- • Operates within Riveron Consulting’s Advisory business, a growing division serving global multinationals and high-growth private entities on complex finance and business challenges.
- • Opportunity to build a new leadership role from scratch, influence senior leaders without formal authority, shape firm-wide messaging on AI-enabled consulting and growth strategy, and create high-impact content that drives go-to-market execution and internal alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- • 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or executive-facing advisory environments
- • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) strongly preferred
- • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities, including advanced PowerPoint and content development skills
- • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and subject matter experts without relying on formal authority
- • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and project management instincts
- • High EQ and executive presence with the ability to build credibility quickly across senior leadership
- • Willing and able to travel periodically, likely monthly, to build relationships with leaders and teams across key Riveron markets
