  • • Edit 100–140 high-impact video content pieces per month, including educational videos, marketing assets, short-form, and long-form content, with minimal oversight and consistent quality.
  • • Own the end-to-end editing process from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring all outputs are polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for engagement across platforms.
  • • Create and integrate advanced motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated assets, and seamless transitions to enhance retention, visual appeal, and brand identity.
  • • Produce conversion-focused ad creatives designed to stop the scroll, drive sales, and perform effectively on social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • • Maintain and improve existing editorial templates, style guides, and production systems to ensure clean, consistent, and premium content output.
  • • Deliver edits that require minimal iterations by proactively identifying and resolving issues in pacing, structure, sound design, and creative execution before feedback is requested.
  • • Collaborate with influencer teachers and performance marketing teams to edit content that reflects authentic teaching styles while maximizing viewer retention and platform performance.
  • • Apply strong editorial judgment to structure videos with compelling hooks, narrative flow, and retention-driven pacing tailored to global audiences.
  • • Work within fast-turnaround timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • • Adapt content styles to resonate with target demographics, particularly in the US market, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance in messaging and visuals.
  • • Utilize professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro as core platforms; leverage After Effects and automation workflows where applicable to increase efficiency.
  • • Contribute to a global, remote team culture that values integrity, continuous improvement, and collaborative excellence in service of transforming education accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality, high-volume output
  • • Advanced proficiency in motion graphics, including kinetic typography, animated transitions, and on-screen visual design (beyond basic captions)
  • • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; experience with After Effects is a bonus
  • • Minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English proficiency
  • • Ability to deliver edits with minimal iterations through proactive attention to detail and strong creative judgment
  • • Experience editing influencer-led or educational content is preferred
