- • Own and grow a high-value portfolio of existing enterprise accounts across Australia, ensuring 100 % renewal rates and double-digit ARR expansion through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year contract negotiations.
- • Act as the single-threaded executive sponsor for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders inside each account, orchestrating quarterly business reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and success-story workshops that translate Insider One’s AI-driven CDP and omnichannel orchestration into measurable revenue impact for the customer.
- • Partner hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers to translate day-to-day adoption metrics into renewal risk mitigation plans, expansion plays, and advocacy opportunities, ensuring every renewal conversation is backed by quantified ROI and a clear path to the next growth milestone.
- • Build and continuously refine a data-driven account plan that maps every influencer, gatekeeper, and economic buyer to specific product capabilities, stakeholder KPIs, and competitive threats, then execute a disciplined cadence of touchpoints that keeps Insider One top-of-mind and indispensable.
- • Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations—from initial pricing discussions to red-line legal reviews—leveraging value-based selling frameworks to protect gross-margin targets while maximizing multi-year commitment value and locking in strategic exclusivity clauses where appropriate.
- • Forecast monthly and quarterly renewal, expansion, and churn metrics with CFO-level accuracy, using Salesforce, Tableau, and Insider One’s proprietary health-score algorithms to surface early-warning indicators and mobilize the right internal resources before risks become losses.
- • Drive customer advocacy at scale by co-creating case studies, joint webinars, and conference keynotes with marketing, turning satisfied users into vocal champions whose success stories accelerate pipeline velocity for new-logo acquisition across APAC.
- • Monitor global martech and CX trends, competitive moves, and regulatory shifts (GDPR, CCPR, OAIC) to proactively advise customers on how Insider One’s roadmap will keep them ahead of the curve, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic advisor rather than a vendor.
- • Champion Insider One’s social-impact ethos inside every account, weaving stories of SheCodes, AI Training for Teachers, and 100 Social Responsibility Projects into executive conversations to deepen emotional commitment and differentiate our brand beyond product features.
- • Travel across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane as needed (average 20 %) to host on-site workshops, board-level presentations, and renewal summits, always returning with fresh intelligence that refines our product, pricing, and positioning for the wider APAC market.
