- • Own and grow a high-value portfolio of enterprise accounts across Indonesia, acting as the single-threaded leader responsible for net-revenue retention, upsell, cross-sell and multi-year renewals. You will quarterback every commercial motion—from initial onboarding kick-off to quarterly business reviews—ensuring each customer extracts maximum value from Insider One’s AI-powered Customer Data Platform and natively supported channels.
- • Develop and execute strategic account plans that map executive stakeholders, uncover whitespace opportunities, and align Insider One’s product roadmap with each customer’s digital-transformation agenda. You will translate complex business objectives into measurable success metrics, then orchestrate cross-functional teams (Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal) to deliver and document tangible ROI.
- • Drive predictable revenue by rigorously forecasting monthly and quarterly pipeline, renewal, and expansion bookings. You will maintain >95 % CRM hygiene, build bottoms-up territory models, and present executive-level read-outs to APAC leadership and global board meetings.
- • Negotiate and close seven-figure, multi-year agreements at C-suite and board level, navigating procurement, security, legal and procurement workflows with composure and creativity. You will structure creative commercials (volume ramps, co-marketing funds, success-based pricing) that accelerate signature while protecting gross-margin targets.
- • Champion customer advocacy by co-creating success stories, joint webinars, and keynote presentations that showcase measurable impact—think 30 % uplift in WhatsApp-driven revenue or 4× faster campaign deployment. You will partner with Marketing to turn satisfied customers into reference accounts that fuel pipeline across ASEAN.
- • Continuously monitor regional market trends—e-commerce growth, super-app adoption, data-privacy regulation—and translate insights into competitive differentiation. You will feed real-time intel to Product and Strategy teams, influencing roadmap prioritization and pricing strategy for the Indonesian market.
- • Mentor and elevate the broader sales ecosystem by sharing best-practice playbooks, objection-handling techniques, and negotiation frameworks. While an individual contributor, you will act as a “shadow leader” who uplifts Account Executives and Customer Success Managers through deal coaching and joint calling.
- • Ensure every customer attains industry-leading NPS (>65) by institutionalizing governance rituals: monthly value-realization dashboards, executive steering committees, and success-recognition ceremonies. You will surface early-warning signals and orchestrate corrective actions before churn risk escalates.
- • Travel across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and occasionally Singapore to be present at customer sites, industry events and partner summits. You will build trust through face-to-face engagement while balancing efficient territory coverage.
- • Live and evangelize Insider One’s culture of “care”: care for customers, care for colleagues, care for community. You will actively participate in SheLeads, Code Academy and 100 Social Responsibility Projects, amplifying our mission to increase women’s representation in STEM and uplift underserved communities across Indonesia.
