- • Own and grow a high-value portfolio of MENA-based enterprise accounts (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Turkey) and become the single-threaded executive sponsor responsible for revenue retention, expansion, and multi-year strategic road-mapping.
- • Drive end-to-end renewal cycles in close partnership with Customer Success, Legal, and Finance—forecasting risk, crafting executive-level business cases, and negotiating complex, multi-million-dollar contracts that frequently span 3–5 year terms.
- • Identify and convert upsell / cross-sell opportunities across Insider One’s full product suite (CDP, AI-led personalization, omnichannel journey orchestration, WhatsApp Business Platform, on-site search, and predictive analytics) to deepen wallet share and accelerate customer ROI.
- • Map power structures within Fortune 500 and high-growth digital-native brands across retail, e-commerce, fintech, travel, and CPG verticals; build multi-threaded relationships with CMOs, CTOs, Heads of CRM, and Digital Transformation leads to ensure Insider One is positioned as a mission-critical growth partner.
- • Co-create quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive steering committees that translate customer KPIs (incremental revenue, CVR uplift, LTV, NPS) into board-level narratives, securing renewals ahead of schedule and unlocking expansion budgets.
- • Lead virtual and on-site workshops (Riyadh, Dubai, Cairo, Istanbul) to evangelize product innovation, share vertical benchmarks, and co-design AI-driven use cases that unlock 10–30 % revenue lift within 90 days of deployment.
- • Maintain a rolling 120-day pipeline view in Salesforce, delivering forecast accuracy within 5 % variance and providing weekly deal-inspection updates to regional VP and global revenue operations.
- • Champion customer advocacy by collaborating with Marketing to produce Arabic-first success stories, video testimonials, and conference keynotes that amplify regional thought-leadership and generate qualified pipeline for new logos.
- • Monitor MENA regulatory shifts (SAMA, ADGM, GDPR-equivalents) and competitive landscape to pre-empt objections, shape roadmap priorities, and position Insider One as the future-proof, privacy-safe engagement platform.
- • Mentor junior Account Managers and SDRs on consultative selling, MEDDPICC qualification, and Arabic cultural nuances, fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture that celebrates overachievement and continuous learning.
- • Represent Insider One at major regional events (LEAP KSA, GITEX, Seamless) to network with prospects, deliver Arabic keynote sessions, and gather market intelligence that feeds directly into product strategy and pricing optimization.
- • Leverage data-driven storytelling—using Insider One’s own analytics—to quantify business impact, reduce churn risk, and secure executive sponsorship for additional AI modules and emerging channels like RCS and Instagram DM automation.
