Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As an Account Director / Producer for Experiential Marketing at AIP Connect LLC, you will lead all aspects of signature client projects from concept through execution, serving as the central point of accountability for delivering world-class, immersive brand experiences that align with strategic vision and client expectations. This role is critical to ensuring that complex, multi-disciplinary projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and operational standards, directly impacting client satisfaction and agency reputation in a competitive Toronto-based experiential marketing landscape.
- • You will manage end-to-end project lifecycle including detailed budget tracking, resource allocation, timeline development (work backs), and risk identification, ensuring every deliverable — from initial creative concepts to final on-site installations — is meticulously planned, monitored, and adjusted as needed to maintain alignment with client goals and agency capabilities.
- • You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams (creative, fabrication, logistics, design) and external client stakeholders, facilitating clear, proactive communication that anticipates needs, resolves conflicts early, and builds lasting trust through consistency, transparency, and solution-oriented leadership.
- • You will oversee on-site execution during experience launches, walking build sites daily to verify that physical installations match renderings and specifications, making real-time decisions to adjust for spatial, material, or timing challenges while maintaining safety, quality, and creative integrity under pressure.
- • You will collaborate closely with creative and production teams to translate abstract concepts into tangible, buildable experiences, leveraging your understanding of fabrication processes, material limitations, and logistical constraints to guide feasible innovation without compromising vision.
- • You will maintain rigorous documentation and reporting practices, including status updates, change logs, and post-project reviews, to ensure institutional learning and continuous improvement across future campaigns.
- • You will partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization, tool adoption, and team development, contributing to the agency’s long-term capability to scale and innovate within the experiential marketing space.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where autonomy is balanced with accountability, allowing you to exercise judgment, lead initiatives, and grow your influence as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Account Director, Producer, or Project Lead in experiential marketing, event production, or live brand activation environments, with a track record of managing complex, multi-vendor projects from concept to on-site execution.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed budgets, timelines (work backs), and resource plans with precision, using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms to ensure financial and schedule accountability.
- • Strong client-facing skills with experience leading conversations, anticipating needs, and building trust through proactive, clear, and consistent communication across multiple stakeholders.
- • Hands-on experience working on-site during build and installation phases, including familiarity with fabrication processes, logistics coordination, and real-time problem-solving in dynamic, physical environments.
- • Ability to translate creative concepts into feasible production plans by collaborating effectively with design, fabrication, and technical teams, understanding constraints without stifling innovation.
- • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and calm under pressure — proven ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and vision.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role within a growing, independent agency.
- • Opportunity to work on high-profile, globally recognized entertainment and brand campaigns that push creative boundaries and leave lasting cultural impact.
- • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas are valued and you have autonomy to shape processes, lead initiatives, and influence agency direction.
- • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, enabling continuous learning and broadening of expertise in experiential marketing.
- • Professional development support, including access to industry events, workshops, and mentorship from senior leaders within the agency.
- • Hybrid work flexibility with core in-person requirements for on-site project phases, balanced with remote work options for planning and coordination tasks.
