- • As Senior Manager, Content Marketing and Social at Relayfi Inc., you will own and scale the company’s content marketing and social strategy to drive brand awareness, organic traffic, and engagement while supporting business growth through storytelling and education.
- • You will lead the ideation and development of flagship content initiatives such as research reports, educational programs, and content series that position Relay as a thought leader in the fintech space for small business owners.
- • You will build and manage a high-performing team of content marketers and social media specialists, mentoring them to grow their craft, execute with excellence, and take ownership of their work.
- • You will partner with product marketing, performance marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across the customer journey and collaborate with leadership to align content strategy with business goals.
- • You will define and track key performance metrics to measure brand and content impact, fostering a data-informed culture that balances creativity with analytical rigor.
- • You will lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and priorities to ensure high-impact initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- • You will stay ahead of cultural and market trends, identifying new opportunities for differentiation through innovative content formats, platforms, and narrative approaches.
- • You will champion Relay’s mission, values, and brand voice, serving as an internal storyteller and educator who brings the brand to life for both internal and external audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in brand and/or content marketing roles, including at least 2 years as a people manager
- • Proven track record of building and scaling content and social functions in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments
- • Demonstrated ability to translate creative vision into scalable systems, frameworks, and measurable outcomes
- • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives while maintaining strategic oversight and operational excellence
- • Deep understanding of brand storytelling and how to build trust, credibility, and long-term connection with target audiences
