- • You will serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients, meticulously managing their project requests and expectations to ensure seamless campaign execution and unparalleled satisfaction. Your ability to anticipate needs, proactively address challenges, and maintain clear, consistent communication will be paramount to fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- • This position involves significant collaboration with internal teams, including media, finance, and client management. You will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day tasks and critical projects, ensuring that all operational aspects of client campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- • A key responsibility will be the management of media supplier relationships. You will work closely with our media team to guarantee the effective and timely delivery of campaigns, acting as a crucial liaison between Billups, our partners, and our clients.
- • You will maintain vigilant oversight of campaign timelines, meticulously tracking start dates, managing artwork delivery and approval processes, and ensuring the accurate compilation and delivery of Proof of Posting and comprehensive campaign reports. This attention to detail is vital for campaign success and client trust.
- • The role also encompasses the coordination of campaign photography and videography, capturing the impactful presence of our clients' OOH advertising. Following campaign completion, you will be responsible for delivering insightful post-campaign reports, providing clients with a clear understanding of their campaign's performance and impact.
- • You will liaise effectively with client leads, the Finance team, Client Managers, and Client Directors to swiftly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Your problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy will be highly valued.
- • Developing and nurturing robust relationships with agencies, clients, and media owners is a core objective. By sharing knowledge and best practices across the team, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
