- • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and commercial SaaS clients, developing and executing strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth across 185+ countries.
- • Prospect with purpose using outbound campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner networks to identify and close new business opportunities within targeted accounts.
- • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate, proactive sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by developing deep expertise in Pebl’s AI-powered Global Work Platform™, industry trends, and competitive positioning to deliver tailored solutions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align on client needs and maximize account impact and satisfaction.
- • Influence product and strategy by sharing direct client feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide business decisions and improve offerings.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, identifying champions and turning clients into advocates for global expansion.
- • Maintain a consultative, strategic selling approach—diagnosing client challenges before prescribing solutions, with a focus on long-term value creation over transactional wins.
- • Demonstrate resilience and ownership by taking full accountability for results, adapting to challenges, and maintaining momentum through complex sales cycles.
- • Operate with a global mindset, navigating cultural, legal, and operational differences across regions to effectively serve clients in diverse markets.
- • Travel approximately 20% of the time to meet clients in person, strengthen relationships, and represent Pebl at key industry events or client sites.
- • Leverage data and metrics to track performance, optimize outreach strategies, and communicate progress to leadership with clarity and confidence.
- • Operate remotely from London while reporting to the Vice President of Regional EMEA Sales, contributing to a high-growth, high-energy global sales team.
- • Drive revenue growth by helping companies eliminate barriers to global hiring, paying, and managing talent—enabling businesses to scale with compliance and confidence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or commercial segments
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas with documented results
- • Consultative, strategic selling approach focused on long-term client value
- • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex global employment compliance landscapes
- • Resilience and ownership mindset with accountability for results
- • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for client meetings
