- ⢠Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland markets, targeting both SMB and mid-market companies
- ⢠Independently source and generate your own leads to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline
- ⢠Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Kotaās integrated benefits platform, including insurance and retirement products, to articulate value propositions effectively to prospects
- ⢠Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their needs and align Kotaās solutions with their business goals
- ⢠Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and process adherence
- ⢠Negotiate and close deals that meet both client requirements and company objectives, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnership
- ⢠Consistently manage and update all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline metrics within the CRM system
- ⢠Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- ⢠Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of sales strategies, tactics, and messaging to drive company-wide growth objectives
- ⢠Operate with a results-driven, āwhatever it takesā mindset, demonstrating resilience, initiative, and self-motivation in a high-performance culture
- ⢠Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues by being helpful, transparent, and collaborativeāpeople actively seek you out and want to support your success
- ⢠Leverage prior experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B environments to accelerate credibility and effectiveness in sales conversations
- ⢠Work in a hybrid model requiring a minimum of two days per week in either the Dublin or London office
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠2ā4 years of outbound Account Executive experience OR experience in sales within the health insurance and pension space
- ⢠Minimum of 1 year of BDR/SDR experience
- ⢠Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual sales targets
- ⢠Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- ⢠Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently with strong prioritisation skills
