  • • This role is pivotal to Mollie's strategic expansion in the French market, a critical frontier for our mission. As an Account Executive based in Paris, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and establishing a strong market presence. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert high-potential businesses into Mollie customers, directly contributing to our overarching goal of eradicating financial bureaucracy for merchants throughout France.
  • • You will become an integral part of a dynamic, high-velocity sales team comprising 11 dedicated professionals. Working collaboratively with fellow Account Executives, you will focus on building and nurturing a robust pipeline of high-quality leads. This position is ideally suited for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is eager to take ownership of their assigned territory, influence key business strategies, and witness the tangible, immediate impact of their efforts on Mollie's growth trajectory.
  • • The core of your role will involve owning the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to closing deals, with the ultimate objective of building a strong sales pipeline within the French market and consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • • You will be responsible for executing high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns, employing a multi-channel approach that includes strategic email outreach, direct phone engagement, and sophisticated social selling techniques to identify and connect with promising business prospects.
  • • A key aspect of your day-to-day will involve conducting in-depth discovery calls. These sessions are crucial for understanding the unique challenges and pain points faced by potential clients, effectively qualifying opportunities, and clearly articulating the distinct value proposition of the Mollie solution in addressing their specific needs.
  • • You will lead and manage commercial and contractual negotiations, guiding prospects from the initial proposal stage through to the final signature, thereby successfully converting qualified leads into loyal Mollie customers.
  • • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Onboarding, will be essential. This partnership will enable us to continuously refine our go-to-market strategies, enhance our product offerings, and ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of our growing customer base.
