  • • As an Account Executive for PartsBase Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for PBExpo 2027, the company’s premier aviation industry event, by selling sponsorships, exhibit packages, and advertising opportunities to key stakeholders across the global aviation ecosystem. This role is critical to scaling one of the most influential gatherings in aviation commerce, directly contributing to PartsBase’s mission of connecting over 7,600 companies across 217 countries through technology and community.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on owning the full sales lifecycle for PBExpo 2027 offerings: conducting targeted prospecting and cold outreach to aviation industry leaders, crafting customized sponsorship and exhibitor packages aligned with client objectives, delivering compelling presentations that highlight value and differentiation, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with internal marketing and event teams to ensure alignment with conference goals, actively participating in sales and planning strategy sessions, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and opportunity identification, and representing the PBExpo brand with professionalism and confidence at all client touchpoints.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in aviation industry sales, master the art of consultative selling for high-value B2B events, refine your ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines, and gain hands-on experience in event-based revenue generation. You’ll also strengthen your presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing to a high-visibility project that shapes the future of aviation commerce networking and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • • Demonstrated experience in trade show or event sponsorship sales, preferably within aviation, technology, or related industries
  • • Strong cold calling and outreach skills, combined with tech-savviness and proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
  • • Excellent presentation, active listening, and communication abilities, with the confidence to be assertive and persuasive in client interactions
  • • Remote work experience preferred, with self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a distributed team environment
  • • Experience targeting software, technology, or industrial companies is a strong plus
