📋 Description
- • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and strategic accounts within the energy and utility ecosystem.
- • Lead customer conversations from initial engagement through contract execution, ensuring alignment with Texture’s platform and service offerings.
- • Understand customer business needs and articulate the value proposition of Texture’s solutions to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- • Coordinate internally with product, implementation, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with technical capabilities and customer requirements.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline forecasting and account activity records within the CRM system.
- • Represent Texture at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences to build brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners to ensure retention and expansion.
- • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and decision-makers.
- • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while prioritizing high-potential accounts and milestones.
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision while meeting defined sales targets.
- • Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- • Stay informed about trends in energy, utilities, and infrastructure technologies to better contextualize product value for prospects.
- • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs post-sale and maximize customer lifetime value.
- • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards during all customer interactions and sales activities.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, playbooks, and collateral based on real-world feedback and outcomes.
- • Actively participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
- • Travel may be required for customer visits, industry events, or internal meetings as needed to support sales objectives.
