- • As an Account Executive at Fira Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s reach by building and nurturing relationships with key referral sources such as hospital case managers, physicians, and medical assistants, directly contributing to patient access to high-quality home health services and reinforcing the organization’s reputation for compassionate, nurse-driven care.
- • Your work will bridge clinical excellence with community outreach, ensuring seamless transitions from hospital to home while advocating for patient-centered care and maintaining the integrity of Fira Health’s mission through ethical, compliant, and relationship-focused engagement.
- • Day to day, you will act as the primary liaison between Fira Health and external healthcare providers, conducting regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices to educate stakeholders about services, identify referral opportunities, and strengthen partnerships through consistent, trust-based communication.
- • You will visit patients prior to discharge to assess needs, set realistic expectations for home-based care, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a smooth, safe transition that reduces readmissions and enhances patient satisfaction.
- • You will establish and maintain trusting relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and cultural sensitivity, positioning Fira Health as a preferred partner in post-acute care.
- • You will systematically track and document all marketing activities, referral interactions, and strategic initiatives in CRM or tracking systems, using data to identify trends, measure outreach effectiveness, and inform future growth strategies.
- • You will proactively identify and resolve service issues or communication gaps between patients, families, and referral sources, escalating concerns appropriately while prioritizing solutions that uphold patient satisfaction and referral-source confidence.
- • You will operate in a mixed remote/in-person environment, balancing field visits with administrative tasks, leveraging flexibility to maximize territory coverage while maintaining accountability for goals and timelines.
- • You will stay current on all external accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CHAP), state and federal regulations, and HIPAA requirements, ensuring all patient interactions and documentation comply with legal and ethical safeguards for confidentiality and quality.
- • You will take initiative to suggest process improvements to management based on field observations, contributing to operational excellence and innovation in patient acquisition and retention strategies.
- • You will work independently with strong self-direction, managing your own schedule and territory without constant supervision, while remaining aligned with team objectives and company values.
- • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in home health market dynamics, referral network development, and healthcare relationship management—skills that are highly transferable and valuable for long-term growth in healthcare sales, business development, or healthcare operations leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing experience, with preference for candidates with home health or post-acute care industry background.
- • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare, sales, or marketing are a plus but not required.
- • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for territory coverage and in-person visits to referral sources and patient locations.
