  • • As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This role demands a tenacious and methodical approach, working collaboratively with our Leadership, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales outcomes.

  • • You will become a deep subject matter expert on BioRender's platform, its features, benefits, and diverse use cases. This expertise will enable you to effectively articulate the value proposition to potential clients and address their specific scientific communication needs.
  • • A core objective will be to consistently achieve and exceed all revenue and booking targets within your assigned territory or category. This requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously organizing, categorizing, and prioritizing sales leads within our CRM system. This includes actively measuring lead conversion rates and tracking performance against established quotas, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
  • • Developing and executing strategic account expansion plans for named enterprise accounts within your territory will be a critical function. This involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, nurturing existing relationships, and driving deeper engagement with key clients.
  • • You will foster strong partnerships with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for continuous improvement, iterating on our sales processes, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to ongoing success.
  • • The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their scientific workflows, and demonstrating how BioRender can significantly enhance their ability to communicate research and discoveries.
  • • You will be expected to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • • Contributing to the overall sales strategy by providing market feedback, identifying emerging trends, and suggesting new approaches to customer acquisition and retention will be highly valued.
