- • As an Account Executive at Fira Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in expanding the reach and reputation of a nurse-driven home health organization by building and nurturing relationships with key referral sources such as hospital case managers, physicians, and medical assistants. Your work directly impacts patient access to quality care and supports the company’s mission of delivering compassionate, reliable home health services.
- • You will serve as the primary liaison between Adaptive Home Health and the healthcare community, ensuring seamless transitions from hospital to home settings while maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting patients prior to discharge to set realistic expectations, establishing trust with patients and their care teams, and acting as a compassionate advocate for patient-centered care throughout the care continuum.
- • You will proactively identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with referral sources through consistent outreach, follow-up, and strategic engagement to grow the referral pipeline and increase patient admissions.
- • Maintaining meticulous records of all marketing activities, referral interactions, and strategic initiatives is essential to track performance, measure ROI, and inform future outreach efforts.
- • You will promptly identify and resolve service issues in collaboration with clinical and operations teams, prioritizing both patient and referral-source satisfaction to uphold the organization’s reputation for excellence.
- • Operating in a mixed remote/in-person environment, you will manage your territory independently, balancing field visits with administrative tasks and virtual coordination to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.
- • You will contribute to process improvement by sharing insights and suggestions with management based on frontline experiences and market observations.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED equivalent
- • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience, with preference for candidates experienced in home health or related post-acute care settings
- • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory coverage and patient/site visits
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively in a mixed remote/in-person work environment
- • Strong understanding of and commitment to HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards
- • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including hospital staff, physicians, and case managers
