- • You will own the end-to-end sales process, from meticulously qualifying incoming leads to efficiently closing deals. Your ability to manage a high volume of submissions while maintaining exceptional conversion rates will be key to your success and the company's expansion.

- • Effective communication is paramount. You will communicate concisely and numerically, eliminating ambiguity for brokers and providing them with the clear, actionable information they need to make informed decisions. This clarity builds trust and fosters long-term partnerships.
- • Intelligent escalation is crucial. Your role involves resolving most issues independently, escalating only true exceptions to the Risk Underwriting team, thereby optimizing the workflow and allowing specialized teams to focus on complex challenges.
