- • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and commercial SaaS clients, developing strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth across 185+ countries.
- • Prospect and close new business opportunities using outbound campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner networks to identify and convert prospects into paying customers.
- • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate, proactive sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by developing deep expertise in Pebl’s AI-powered Global Work Platform™, industry trends, and competitive positioning to deliver tailored solutions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align on client needs and maximize account impact and satisfaction.
- • Actively share client insights, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to influence product strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and regional business planning.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, identifying champions and driving adoption of Pebl’s global hiring and compliance solutions.
- • Travel approximately 20% of the time to meet clients in person, strengthen relationships, and support strategic account growth initiatives.
- • Operate with a global mindset, navigating cultural, legal, and time zone differences to effectively serve clients across EMEA and beyond.
- • Demonstrate resilience and ownership by taking full accountability for results, adapting to challenges, and maintaining momentum through changing market conditions.
- • Leverage a consultative, strategic selling approach—diagnosing client pain points before prescribing solutions, with a focus on long-term value creation over transactional closes.
- • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and CRM hygiene to ensure visibility into pipeline health and forecast reliability.
- • Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative sales culture that values creativity, results, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, supported by measurable performance data
- • Consultative, strategic selling approach focused on diagnosing client needs and creating long-term value
- • Strong business acumen and curiosity to quickly understand complex global employment compliance and HR tech landscapes
- • Resilience and ownership mindset with accountability for results through challenges
- • Willingness to travel approximately 20% to support client relationships
