- • Own and grow key client relationships across a portfolio of healthcare providers and financial institution (lockbox) clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership value
- • Drive revenue growth and wallet share expansion through contract renewals, renegotiations, and expansion of Payment Automation and Lockbox Healthcare service offerings
- • Lead end-to-end account management including financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting accuracy), operational delivery oversight, and service quality
- • Develop and execute 1–3 year account strategies aligned with client objectives and Guidehouse growth priorities
- • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to improve revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and process standardization (e.g., invoicing, reporting, workflows)
- • Enable scalable delivery models through automation and operational transformation initiatives
- • Lead complex commercial discussions and negotiations with healthcare systems and banking clients on pricing, scope, and contractual terms
- • Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management including adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations (e.g., PCI, data privacy, audit readiness) and engagement governance frameworks
- • Drive operational transformation initiatives by implementing tools, automation, and service delivery improvements
- • Provide mentorship to junior account managers and analysts to improve team capability, scalability, and performance
- • Collaborate with offshore Delivery centers to support client service delivery and operational execution
- • Manage client portfolios with direct ownership of revenue and margin performance metrics
- • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous and complex business challenges
- • Utilize financial forecasting, pricing models, and revenue recognition processes to guide client and internal decision-making
- • Engage senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to influence strategic outcomes and secure buy-in for account initiatives
- • Support client onboarding and large-scale implementations, including multi-client or enterprise rollouts
- • Contribute to process transformation and operational efficiency improvements to drive cost optimization and margin enhancement
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Consulting within Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payment Automation, or Financial Services
- • Proven experience managing client portfolios with ownership of revenue and margin performance
- • Strong understanding of Healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., ERA, billing, reconciliation) and payment processing and/or bank lockbox operations
- • Demonstrated ability to drive contract negotiations, client expansion strategies, and cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, and finance
- • Experience with financial forecasting, pricing models, and revenue recognition processes
- • Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
