- • As an Account Executive at Miter Inc., you will be on the front lines of revolutionizing the construction industry by helping contractors build with confidence through AI-powered HR, finance, and operations systems.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing new business, conducting consultative selling to understand contractors’ needs in payroll, HR, and field operations, and demonstrating how Miter’s platform integrates key business functions.
- • You will collaborate with sales development, launch, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation, while maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast.
- • You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a dynamic, rapidly growing company backed by top investors like Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales role.
- • Experience selling in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels, from project managers to C-level executives.
- • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.
- • Experience in the construction, payroll, or related industries is a plus.
- • Willingness to be coached and challenged on a consistent basis.
