- • As the First Inside Account Executive at MoeGo, you will play a foundational role in building the company’s outbound sales motion from the ground up, directly impacting growth by targeting high-value pet care businesses including single-location operators and multi-unit groups (MUOs). This role is critical to establishing repeatable sales processes, defining ideal customer profiles, and creating scalable outreach strategies that align with MoeGo’s mission to empower pet-repreneurs with technology that reduces administrative burden and lets them focus on pet care.
- • You will own the full sales cycle, from proactive outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach (calls, email, video, social) to discovery, tailored demos, ROI-driven proposals, and closing deals. Your day-to-day will involve building and managing a high-quality pipeline, navigating complex multi-stakeholder accounts, and positioning MoeGo’s platform around key business outcomes like revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. You’ll also test and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies, providing feedback to marketing and leadership to help define what effective outbound looks like at scale.
- • MoeGo is a mission-driven company transforming the pet care industry by providing end-to-end technology solutions for groomers, doggie hotels, and other pet care businesses—many of which are first-time, women-owned ventures. As an early-stage startup (Series A–C), MoeGo offers a high-autonomy environment where your contributions will directly shape the company’s go-to-market strategy, sales playbooks, and growth trajectory in the mid-market and MUO segments.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales, outbound motion building, and selling into complex operational environments. You’ll gain experience in defining sales processes, crafting value-based messaging for vertical-specific pain points, and scaling a repeatable outbound engine—skills that are highly transferable and valuable for future leadership roles in sales, sales operations, or revenue strategy within high-growth tech companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record in a closing role
- • Demonstrated success in generating outbound / self-sourced pipeline and owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- • Consistent history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in SMB and mid-market segments
