We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our Scale New Business Sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand partnerships.
- • As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing a robust, high-volume sales pipeline, with the primary objective of closing new business for the innovative LTK Brand Platform. This is a unique opportunity to disrupt an industry and contribute to the significant growth trajectory of a market leader.
- • You will be a key contributor to the Brand Partnerships team, embodying LTK's mission to enable creators to achieve maximum economic success. Your role will involve a deep dive into the LTK value proposition, requiring you to articulate its benefits compellingly during client demonstrations and sales engagements.
- • This position demands a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-output sales environment. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting high-potential leads to managing a dynamic pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy, and ultimately closing deals to exceed ambitious quarterly quotas.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing scalable outbound strategies designed to efficiently onboard new brands onto the LTK platform. This requires a strategic approach to identifying market opportunities and engaging potential partners.
- • A critical aspect of this role is meticulous pipeline management within CRM software. You will be expected to maintain strong data hygiene, track key performance metrics, and provide accurate reporting to inform sales strategies and forecast future performance.
- • You will own the end-to-end sales process, demonstrating speed, precision, and a client-centric approach from initial lead generation through successful brand onboarding. This holistic ownership ensures a seamless experience for new partners.
- • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and alongside a talented cohort of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, all united by a shared passion for LTK's mission and a commitment to collective achievement.
- • Setting and achieving monthly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in alignment with your manager will be a core part of your performance management. You will develop and execute a clear action plan to meet and exceed these goals.
- • As a collaborative team player, you will actively share best practices, offer support to your peers, and contribute to the overall success of the team in our dynamic, high-volume environment.
- • You will be expected to consistently achieve and surpass aggressive quarterly sales targets, demonstrating resilience and a drive for excellence in a demanding sales landscape.
