- • As an Account Executive focused on new customer acquisition at Bluehost, you will lead a high-velocity outbound sales motion targeting small and medium-sized businesses. This role is built for a true hunter who thrives on cold calling, building pipeline from scratch, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
- • You will own outbound pipeline creation through high-volume cold calling, email, and social outreach to SMBs and entrepreneurs, execute a true hunting motion by identifying and engaging new prospects with no prior relationship to Bluehost, and run the full sales cycle from first touch through close, including discovery, objection handling, and deal execution.
- • You will qualify and convert opportunities by quickly assessing customer needs, drive new logo acquisition by focusing on bringing in new customers and expanding Bluehost’s footprint in the SMB market, and position value by acting as a trusted advisor to educate prospects on how Bluehost solutions power their online presence and growth.
- • You will maintain high activity and performance by consistently hitting daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline generated) and MRR targets, handle objections with confidence, and close deals with urgency and integrity.

- • Proven success in outbound sales with a strong focus on cold calling and new business acquisition
- • Experience owning deals end-to-end, from prospecting to close
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with consistent outreach expectations
- • Strong discovery and closing skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and convert conversations into revenue
- • Resilience and grit: ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and continuously push pipeline forward
