- • Everfield AG, a dynamic and rapidly growing European software investment company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive (m/f/d) to join its ecosystem, specifically supporting VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE. This is a permanent, full-time, remote position based in Germany.

- • VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE, a key part of the Everfield ecosystem since 2023, is the premier European provider of software and internet solutions tailored for the pump and valve industry. Our sophisticated applications facilitate the design and calculation of flow-technical components and systems, including pumps, valves, and pipelines. Our flagship product, Spaix®, is a leading design and configuration solution for centrifugal pumps (CPQ Software), and we also operate the influential online platform impeller.net. Our comprehensive portfolio extends to software for pipeline loss calculations and solutions for designing agitators, valves, and fittings.
- • Our primary clients are international pump manufacturers who rely on our software to rapidly and efficiently identify optimal pump configurations and generate accurate quotations. This role is crucial for driving the growth of VSX by expanding its mid-market customer base.
- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial strategic pipeline development and in-depth discovery to managing technical evaluations and successfully closing deals. You will embody a proactive hunter mentality, actively identifying and developing target accounts through structured outbound activities and disciplined inbound lead follow-up.
- • Your responsibilities will include owning and expanding your designated Europe-wide territory. This involves identifying and prioritizing high-value target accounts within the pump manufacturing segment and building a robust, qualified pipeline. You will develop and execute clear, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)-driven account strategies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner to key industry players.
- • A significant aspect of the role involves leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations in close collaboration with our Technical Sales team. You will take full ownership of proposals, pricing structures, scope definition, and the negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both VSX and our clients.
- • The core objective is to close new mid-market customers through a disciplined, predictable, and scalable sales approach, thereby driving significant revenue growth for the company.
- • You will meticulously maintain accurate records within our CRM system, HubSpot, and provide reliable sales forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
- • Building and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships with your customers is paramount. This will be achieved through a confident, consultative, and professional approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Effective cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will work closely with the Support and Marketing teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience, contribute to the optimization of our product offerings, and refine targeted marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
