- • As an Account Executive at Aphex Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion into new EMEA markets while managing established UK accounts, directly contributing to Aphex’s mission of transforming construction delivery through improved planning, communication, and tracking tools that replace outdated systems with clarity and collaboration.
- • You will lead commercial expansion into emerging European markets by identifying, mapping, and developing relationships with key stakeholders, proactively building sales pipelines, maintaining a credible presence on LinkedIn and industry networks, managing inbound leads through a full sales cycle, delivering challenge-based product demonstrations, architecting successful deployments with customer success support, building bottom-up momentum via multithreaded strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and consistently hitting quarterly and annual sales targets aligned to regional growth objectives.
- • Aphex is a dominant delivery planning platform in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, now scaling into Ireland and Europe with strong product-market fit; you’ll join a high-performing, ambitious team committed to improving how major infrastructure projects deliver work safely and efficiently.

- • Proven experience in SaaS sales or construction industry sales with a track record of driving revenue and managing full sales cycles
- • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers in complex B2B environments
- • International mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-autonomy settings while building market presence from the ground up
- • Self-motivated, ownership-driven professional with a growth mindset, eager to learn about construction delivery and adapt to diverse European markets
- • Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Dutch) is a nice-to-have advantage
