  • • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed agreement and seamless onboarding. You will research high-growth DTC and B2B brands, craft hyper-personalized outreach, deliver consultative pitches over Zoom, phone, and in-person, and negotiate contracts that routinely exceed $50k in monthly recurring revenue.
  • • Build and run a disciplined pipeline in Monday.com CRM, logging every call, email, proposal, and objection so that leadership, performance marketing, and creative teams have real-time visibility into deal health and can jump in to accelerate close dates.
  • • Deliver weekly revenue forecasts and narrative progress reports directly to the Co-Founders and Executive team; your data-driven insights will shape pricing, product positioning, and campaign strategy across the entire agency.
  • • Become a true expert in GR0’s proprietary organic growth methodology—technical SEO, performance content, digital PR, and conversion rate optimization—so you can translate complex tactics into clear business outcomes for CMOs and founders who need to hit aggressive growth targets.
  • • Consistently hit and exceed a quota of $50k in new business revenue each month by month six, with uncapped commission that rewards every dollar beyond goal and positions you for fast promotion to Senior AE or Sales Team Lead.
  • • Represent GR0 at industry events, on podcasts, and across LinkedIn, building a personal brand that magnetizes qualified prospects and reinforces GR0’s reputation as the go-to agency for explosive organic growth.
  • • Collaborate daily with strategists, creatives, and analysts to craft custom scopes of work that align client KPIs with GR0’s service offerings, ensuring every new engagement starts with a clear roadmap to ROI.
  • • Monitor competitive moves, emerging martech tools, and Google algorithm shifts, then feed those insights back to product and marketing so GR0 stays one step ahead and your prospects see you as the smartest voice in the room.
  • • Mentor junior SDRs by sharing call recordings, objection-handling tactics, and email templates that have worked for you, multiplying your impact across the sales organization.
  • • Travel occasionally to client headquarters for high-stakes pitches and quarterly business reviews, turning executive stakeholders into lifelong advocates who refer GR0 to their portfolio companies and peers.
  • • Champion GR0’s inclusive culture by bringing diverse perspectives into every conversation, actively participating in DEI initiatives, and helping the company maintain its Great Place to Work certification year after year.
