Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full sales cycle for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 prospects in the NYC metro area, from first discovery call through signed contract and expansion. You will quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder deals that routinely exceed seven figures and span security, IT, engineering, and business teams.
- • Build and execute a territory plan that blends targeted outbound motion with high-value inbound leads generated by our world-class marketing and SDR teams. You will map accounts, identify champions, and craft bespoke business cases that tie Tines’ intelligent workflow platform to each prospect’s most pressing operational and strategic initiatives.
- • Become the trusted advisor who translates technical capabilities into board-level outcomes. You will run white-board sessions, ROI workshops, and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate how Tines slashes incident response times, reduces manual work, and unlocks new revenue streams for security, IT, and business operations teams.
- • Collaborate daily with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure every proposal is technically sound, commercially compelling, and set up for rapid time-to-value post-signature. You will co-create custom demos, integration plans, and success metrics that make it easy for prospects to say “yes.”
- • Maintain laser-accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, delivering predictable revenue that allows the company to invest confidently in R&D and global expansion. You will run weekly deal reviews, flag risks early, and iterate on pricing and packaging strategies that maximize ARR while shortening sales cycles.
- • Evangelize Tines at industry events, customer advisory boards, and executive briefings across NYC and the broader Northeast. You will represent the voice of the customer back to our product team, influencing the roadmap for AI-driven workflow automation and ensuring we stay ahead of rapidly evolving buyer needs.
- • Mentor and up-level the broader sales organization by sharing best practices, competitive intel, and creative closing tactics. You will contribute to playbooks, pricing models, and enablement content that accelerate ramp time for new reps and elevate the entire team’s performance.
- • Drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts by identifying new use cases, securing multi-year renewals, and negotiating enterprise-wide licensing agreements. You will partner with Customer Success to quantify realized value and co-sell additional workflows that deepen Tines’ footprint across security, IT, and business operations.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every interaction—both inside Tines and across our customer community. You will help us build a sales culture that celebrates different perspectives and ensures equitable access to career growth and high-impact opportunities.
