- • As we enter our next stage of expansion, we are building out our sales team and are seeking a talented and driven Account Executive to be a foundational member of this critical function. This is a unique opportunity to step into one of the first full sales cycle roles within the company, playing a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving significant revenue growth. You will be instrumental in generating new sales pipeline through a combination of proactive outbound prospecting and effectively managing inbound leads.
- • Every.io benefits from a strong existing lead flow, fueled by satisfied customer referrals, a maturing demand generation engine, and strategic partnerships with major accelerators and incubators. Your role will involve nurturing these opportunities and developing new ones, ensuring a consistent and robust pipeline. You will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, employing a highly consultative and value-driven approach.
- • The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic startup environment and possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by early-stage companies. Our current Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) consists of founders of tech companies at the pre-seed through Series A stages. While we have achieved significant success within this segment, we are strategically expanding our reach into non-tech industries to tap into a massive Total Addressable Market (TAM). Your ability to adapt your sales strategy to diverse industry needs will be crucial.
- • You will collaborate closely with leadership, the Marketing team to align on lead generation efforts, and the Strategy & Operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing success. This role offers the chance to directly influence the sales playbook, contribute to process optimization, and help build a scalable and efficient sales organization from the ground up. You will also play a key part in optimizing the seller's experience, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains within the sales process and interactions with internal teams.
- • Key responsibilities include developing and executing a scalable outbound prospecting strategy to identify and engage potential clients, managing and converting inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and partnerships, conducting thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points, delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific business challenges, and skillfully negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- • You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing valuable insights into how Every.io can solve their back-office challenges. Contributing to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting will be essential for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires a proactive mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for helping startups succeed. This is a fully remote position based in the U.S., with up to 10% travel expected for conferences and potential HQ visits.
- • Current noteworthy sales metrics include an Average Contract Value (ACV) of approximately $10,000 and an average deal cycle of less than two months, highlighting the efficiency and appeal of our solution. You will be expected to contribute to maintaining and improving these metrics as you build out your territory and client base. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle tech sales experience, with a strong emphasis on generating new business.
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- • Demonstrated ability and willingness to build and execute effective outbound prospecting strategies.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- • Experience with common sales technology stacks, including CRM (e.g., HubSpot), lead sourcing tools, and sales engagement platforms.
