📋 Description

• As an Account Executive at Speakeasy AI, you will drive adoption of the Speakeasy AI Control Plane, helping enterprise customers securely build, observe, and distribute AI tools across their organization. You will own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close, working with mid-market and enterprise buyers navigating the shift to AI-native workflows.
• Day to day, you will run discovery calls, lead product demos, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with GTM, product, and marketing teams to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy based on customer feedback.
• Speakeasy AI is a fast-growing startup founded in 2021, backed by top-tier VC, serving Fortune 100 clients like Verizon, Docusign, and Mistral AI. The team operates hybrid between San Francisco and London, with quarterly off-sites and a strong culture of ownership, ambition, and collaboration.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the company’s early sales playbook, develop expertise in the emerging AI governance and security market, build executive-level relationships, and directly influence product and go-to-market strategy as an early sales hire.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Experience selling technical, developer-adjacent, or infrastructure products, with ability to engage in technical conversations
• Proven ability to build and manage C-suite and SVP relationships and lead multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles involving technical evaluations
