📋 Description
- • Own the full inside sales cycle for enterprise brands and retailers across North America and Latin America, from initial prospecting through closing and expansion opportunities.
- • Drive pipeline generation through both inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach using phone, video, and digital channels exclusively.
- • Position Firework’s AI-powered video commerce platform as the solution for transforming online shopping experiences to mirror the engagement and conversion power of in-store retail.
- • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and post-sale expansion strategies.
- • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of enterprise retailers and global brands across diverse verticals.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all prospects and customers, ensuring visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by consistently advancing deals through the sales funnel and closing new business.
- • Stay current on industry trends in e-commerce, video commerce, and AI-driven retail solutions to effectively articulate Firework’s competitive differentiation.
- • Work remotely as a fully distributed team member, leveraging digital tools to manage a high-volume pipeline and maintain strong client relationships across time zones.
- • Partner with technical and product teams to gather customer feedback and relay insights that inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
- • Identify and qualify enterprise-level opportunities by understanding client pain points related to customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
- • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, e-commerce, and C-suite decision-makers.
- • Represent Firework as a trusted advisor to clients, building credibility through product knowledge, industry insight, and consultative selling techniques.
- • Contribute to the scaling of sales processes and playbooks as the company expands its presence in North America and LatAm markets.
- • Participate in regular team training, role-playing sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales effectiveness and product mastery.
- • Leverage Firework’s established brand reputation and $235M in funding to build trust and accelerate deal velocity with enterprise prospects.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within e-commerce, retail technology, or AI-driven platforms
- • Demonstrated success in closing enterprise deals through inside sales methods (phone, video, digital)
- • Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- • High proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets in a remote, high-growth environment
