• • Senior Software Engineer at Toku Pte. Ltd. is a pivotal role responsible for owning entire product surfaces from conception to delivery, directly impacting how global companies compensate employees using tokenized assets across 100+ countries.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers to identify pain points, designing end-to-end solutions, building products using AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, or Conductor), shipping code, reviewing outputs from both engineers and non-engineers, providing technical feedback in plain language, and iterating rapidly based on real-world usage and learning.
• • Toku is a small, fast-moving team building global employment and payroll infrastructure for token compensation, powering stablecoin and crypto payroll for major enterprises by integrating with custody providers, HR/payroll systems, and blockchain networks. The company emphasizes daily progress measurement, AI-agent-driven development, and a culture of ownership and clarity.
