📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer, Automations at ScanCom International S.A., you will build the automation layer that connects the company to external healthcare providers, enabling seamless data exchange and improving patient throughput across a national network.
• • Day to day, you will design, build, and maintain automations that extract data from legacy physician platforms, develop resilient data extraction logic for inconsistent UIs, implement error handling and monitoring systems, create data validation layers, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to gather requirements and document workflows for future AI integration.
• • You will join a fast-growing, profitable digital health scale-up that has raised over $100M in VC funding, achieved profitability, and maintains over 100% year-over-year growth, with a mission to make diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent through innovative technology.
• • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in healthcare interoperability, build scalable automation architectures, develop production-grade error handling systems, create documentation foundations for agentic AI, and partner directly with C-suite leadership to shape the technical roadmap from deterministic automation to intelligent systems.
