- • As an Account Executive at Ensora Health, you will own the full sales cycle across a defined, high-opportunity territory in the behavioral health market, driving new business growth for a trusted provider of software and services used by over 200,000 individual providers and 28,000+ practices.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing a strong sales pipeline, conducting outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized email, and social selling, and engaging prospects through consultative discovery to understand clinical and operational workflows.
- • You will lead tailored conversations with multiple stakeholders—clinical, operational, and financial decision-makers—to identify pain points and demonstrate how Ensora Health’s AI-enabled solutions (spanning practice management, EMR, e-prescribing, and billing) address real-world challenges while maintaining deal momentum.
- • In collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams, you will ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact through contract and go-live, continuously refining your approach using market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
- • You are expected to leverage AI as a core component of your sales workflow—for prospect research, personalized outreach at scale, call preparation, CRM accuracy, objection handling, and proposal customization—viewing it as a strategic advantage.

- • You will develop expertise in selling SaaS solutions to diverse customer sizes, from solo practitioners to large organizations, while mastering multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a specialized healthcare technology vertical.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a SaaS sales role with a strong focus on outbound, new-business development and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- • Comfortable selling to a wide range of customer sizes, from solo practitioners to larger organizations, and skilled at managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- • Strong communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and confidently, adapt messaging to different audiences, and handle objections effectively in real time.
- • Self-directed, motivated by opportunity, and proactive in identifying and creating new paths to revenue.
- • Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflow and viewing them as a competitive advantage rather than a novelty.
- • Experience selling healthcare or behavioral health technology is helpful but not required.
