- • As a Quota-Carrying Account Executive at Chamber Cardio, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of cardiology practices. You will be entrusted with a defined territory and a targeted list of prospective partners. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong, trusting relationships, expertly manage a structured sales process from initial contact to closing, and successfully secure partnership agreements with cardiology practices. This is a direct sales role with clearly defined performance targets, not a general business development or partnership function.
- • You will become an expert in articulating the financial benefits of our model, adeptly navigating the complex dynamics of practice leadership, and ensuring that every engagement strategically moves the sales cycle forward. - • Your core responsibilities will revolve around owning and closing your assigned territory. This involves meticulously managing a clear list of target cardiology practices and developing and executing strategic territory plans designed to secure new partnerships. You will be expected to maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, ensuring absolute accuracy in CRM data, demonstrating forecasting discipline, and driving deal progression with a consistent sense of urgency.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve engaging in Physician & Executive Selling. This means building deep trust and rapport with cardiologists, practice owners, and key administrative decision-makers. You will be responsible for clearly communicating the value-based economic advantages of partnering with Chamber, highlighting benefits such as practice growth, quality-based reimbursement upside, and a reduction in administrative burdens. You will skillfully handle objections, negotiate contract terms, and guide all stakeholders toward clear, decisive agreements.
- • Furthermore, you will embody a Cadence-Driven Sales Discipline. This entails consistently hitting and exceeding activity targets, including the number of meetings booked, demonstrations delivered, proposals issued, and deals successfully closed. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Growth Operations teams to accelerate lead flow and enhance conversion rates. A fundamental principle of your approach will be to consistently uphold a “next step always set” methodology with every prospect you engage with, ensuring momentum is maintained throughout the sales cycle.
- • In your first 90 days, you will focus on establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers in your top-priority market territories. You will expertly run discovery and diligence processes that yield high-quality, compelling proposals. A key early achievement will be delivering initial signed contracts that represent meaningful attributed patient volume. You will also demonstrate exceptional CRM rigor and establish a repeatable, effective sales cadence.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within cardiology. You will need to master the financial narrative, demonstrating how Chamber Cardio drives both clinical excellence and economic prosperity for practices. Your ability to connect with physicians on a clinical level while also speaking the language of business and operations will be crucial for success. You will be empowered with the resources and support needed to excel, but the ultimate drive and execution will come from you.
