  • • A critical aspect of this role involves building and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.   • • You will collaborate closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience (CX). This collaboration is essential for ensuring a smooth and successful customer onboarding process, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving long-term retention. Your insights from the front lines of sales will be invaluable in shaping product development and customer success strategies.
  • • Leveraging data will be paramount. You will be expected to meticulously track and analyze sales pipeline data, forecast accurately, and use these insights to continuously refine and optimize our sales processes, methodologies, and overall performance. We are a data-driven organization, and your ability to interpret and act on data will be key to your success.
