  • • As an Account Executive, SMB for Southeast Asia at Remote, you will be at the forefront of enabling businesses to navigate the complexities of global employment. Your role is pivotal in driving net new business and helping prospective and active customers fully leverage Remote's comprehensive Global HR Platform.   • • In this dynamic, hunter-focused role, your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment across Southeast Asia. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from proactive lead generation through to successful deal closure. This involves skillfully initiating conversations with prospects, building a robust sales pipeline through confident outbound calling, and effectively qualifying opportunities that may involve multiple key decision-makers. You will be adept at presenting Remote's suite of services, clearly articulating the value proposition and demonstrating how our platform can solve unique business challenges related to global hiring, payroll, and compliance. A key aspect of your day-to-day will involve understanding the specific communication and employment needs of SMB customers and designing tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on all client interactions. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to business completion, and you will be expected to proactively address potential client questions and objections with strong problem-solving skills, particularly concerning commercial and pricing aspects.
