  • • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Attio, the AI-era CRM designed for ambitious go-to-market teams.
  • • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs, guiding them through the solution, and ensuring long-term value realization.
  • • Help shape Attio’s product roadmap by collecting, synthesizing, and communicating direct user feedback from enterprise and high-growth customers.
  • • Engage with technical SaaS buyers to demonstrate how Attio automates at scale, unifies customer data, and customizes go-to-market motions.
  • • Execute a rigorous, repeatable sales process that consistently exceeds quota and drives predictable revenue growth.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on customer outcomes and market insights.
  • • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiation sessions tailored to complex, technical buyer personas.
  • • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, strategic account planning, and effective use of CRM tools.
  • • Represent Attio with professionalism and deep product knowledge in meetings with C-level executives, sales leaders, and operations teams.
  • • Stay current on industry trends in AI-driven CRM, sales automation, and go-to-market innovation to position Attio as a market leader.
  • • Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system to ensure visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • • Contribute to team success by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Operate with a builder’s mindset — taking ownership of outcomes, iterating based on feedback, and relentlessly pursuing excellence.
  • • Embrace ambiguity and solve complex, unstructured problems by applying critical thinking and customer-centric reasoning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of sales closing experience with a technical SaaS product
  • • Strong critical thinking and an aptitude for helping customers solve ambiguous problems
  • • Consistent outperformance to sales targets driven by a rigorous sales process
  • • Experience and interest in team-building and helping others be more successful
  • • Exceptional written communication
