- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence across sequences
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, including ideation, prompt engineering, generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI-first pipelines
- • Utilize cutting-edge generative video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging AI video platforms to produce high-quality cinematic sequences
- • Maintain strict character and scene consistency across extended narratives through advanced techniques in AI generation and post-processing
- • Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading using traditional editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects to polish final outputs
- • Rapidly experiment with new AI models and tools, incorporating successful innovations into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the creative team
- • Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
- • Refine and optimize production pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and consistent output quality under fast iteration cycles
- • Work with uncensored AI models to create explicit NSFW visuals while adhering to ethical guidelines enforced by EverAI’s proprietary moderation system, EverGuard
- • Continuously explore advancements in AI video generation, prompt engineering, and consistency techniques to push the boundaries of creative output
- • Produce stylized visual content that meets brand standards and resonates with a global user base of over 50 million users
- • Document and standardize workflows to ensure repeatability and team-wide adoption of best practices in AI video production
- • Contribute to the evolution of AI-native storytelling methods by testing novel approaches to narrative structure, pacing, and visual language within generative media
- • Participate in iterative feedback loops to improve content quality and align with evolving product goals
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
- • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, cinematic language, pacing, and composition
- • Ability to maintain character and scene continuity across AI-generated sequences
