- • As a Senior Product Operations Specialist at Acorns, you will partner directly with the Head of Product to drive operational excellence, streamline workflows, and scale tools that empower the product organization to build world-class financial wellness solutions.
- • Day to day, you will optimize organization efficiency, build strategic planning frameworks, manage delivery integration across design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, and support teams, lead executive reporting routines including Monthly Business Reviews, and manage vendor relationships and operational budgets for product teams.
- • Acorns is a remote-first financial wellness company headquartered in Irvine, CA, with a mission to look after the financial best interests of the up-and-coming through micro-investing, guided by values of leading with heart, making bold decisions, building trust, never stopping growing, and finding a way.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in Jira and Jira Product Discovery, leverage AI to automate workflows, strengthen financial and operational literacy, deepen cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to meaningful societal change by helping families save and invest for the long term.
🎯 Requirements
- • Expert-level, hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery (JPD), including creating custom views, automations, workflows, and executive-level reports
- • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to design, build, and optimize automated reporting and internal operational productivity tools
- • Clear experience managing technology vendor relationships, tracking software budgets, and navigating corporate contract pipelines
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to collaborate, communicate direction clearly, and bring fun to a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment
- • Strong foundational project management skills, with a proven ability to organize complex timelines, manage risk and dependencies, and coordinate communication across teams
