- • As a Senior Product Manager at Foundation Health, you will lead the end-to-end product vision and execution for an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that transforms patient-centric care by connecting fragmented healthcare infrastructure and optimizing care coordination.
- • You will architect the future by owning product idealization and execution across patient-facing applications, clinician workflows, AI-driven automation, and data-heavy system integrations, translating complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable specifications.
- • You will partner closely with Design and Engineering teams to craft seamless user journeys, define solution architecture, and drive integration with EHR systems and third-party healthcare platforms while maintaining technical rigor in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment
- • Strong healthcare technology background with direct experience working in clinical or operational healthcare systems
- • Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and exposure to products at the intersection of EHRs, clinical systems, data, and AI
- • Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment with ability to move fast, operate in ambiguity, and execute effectively
- • Sharp, curious mindset with comfort navigating technical, clinical, and operational domains simultaneously
