Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full-cycle sales process for GROW by Paper, our high-impact tutoring program that has already driven a 201 % increase in grade-level proficiency in just 12 weeks. You will prospect into K-12 districts across North America, articulate our research-aligned design (recognized by Stanford’s NSSA), and translate complex instructional needs into clear, compelling solutions that accelerate student achievement and reduce teacher workload.
- • Craft and deliver high-impact outreach every single day—combining precisely written business emails with insightful phone conversations—to create a world-class first impression for superintendents, curriculum directors, and procurement teams. Your messaging will demonstrate deep empathy for district pain points while positioning Paper as the indispensable partner for scalable, equitable academic support.
- • Qualify opportunities rigorously by uncovering budget cycles, stakeholder maps, and success metrics; then overcome objections with data-driven stories of measurable student gains and educator relief. You will maintain meticulous notes in our CRM so that Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams can continuously refine messaging, collateral, and roadmap priorities.
- • Consistently exceed individual and team revenue quotas while collaborating cross-functionally to iterate on playbooks, pricing, and packaging. You will bring market feedback directly to leadership, influencing everything from feature prioritization to campaign targeting, ensuring that our go-to-market engine remains agile and customer-centric.
- • Represent Paper at virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and district board meetings, delivering polished presentations that demystify ESSA-aligned tutoring models and showcase real-time dashboards of student progress. Your public-speaking prowess will turn skeptical committees into enthusiastic champions who advocate internally for Paper.
- • Partner with Customer Success to design seamless handoffs that set implementation up for success, ensuring that every contract signed translates into delighted educators, engaged students, and renewal/expansion revenue. You will track post-sale metrics to refine your own pre-sale discovery and strengthen our value narrative.
- • Thrive in a remote-first culture that prizes velocity, ownership, and continuous learning. You will participate in quarterly in-person summits, weekly deal clinics, and daily Slack stand-ups where transparency, healthy challenge, and shared wins fuel both personal growth and company momentum.
