  • • This specific role is for an Account Executive (AE), a pivotal position tasked with expanding our network of law firm partnerships and driving revenue growth from its nascent stages. If you are motivated by rapid expansion, possess a passion for architecting processes from inception, and aspire to close significant deals within a pioneering legal tech startup that is defining its category, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you. You will be entrusted with the complete sales cycle, from initial product demonstration to deal finalization, while simultaneously contributing to the refinement of Finch's Go-To-Market strategy, core messaging, and operational playbook.
  • • You will execute against a rapidly expanding sales pipeline within a company that has already achieved robust product-market fit, effectively converting high demand into enduring, trusted partnerships. A key aspect of your role will be to cultivate trust at the highest levels of our partner firms. This involves becoming a strategic advisor to managing partners, operations leads, and firm owners, guiding them in modernizing their practice operations through our innovative solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from the initial discovery phase through to the successful closing of deals. This will require seamless coordination across various internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective client engagement. Collaboration is paramount to our success; you will work cross-functionally to customize Finch's offerings, sharpen our communication strategies, and channel valuable client feedback directly into our product development roadmap.
  • • Furthermore, you will serve as a key external representative for Finch. This includes actively participating in legal tech events and industry conferences, where you will articulate and showcase how Finch is fundamentally redefining the operational landscape for law firms.
  • • We are looking for individuals who possess a strong foundation in client-facing, outbound sales or business development, ideally with 5-7 years of experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for building rapport and conveying complex value propositions. A deep curiosity and an eagerness to learn about the intricacies of legal technology and the operational dynamics of law firms are highly valued.
  • • Resilience and grit are crucial qualities, as you must be comfortable navigating objections, hearing 'no,' and iterating quickly based on feedback. Thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments and demonstrating a strong desire for rapid professional growth are key indicators of success. You should possess robust negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. Demonstrable experience in a closing sales role, with a consistent track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets, is a must. Experience within a high-growth startup environment or a familiarity with the legal industry would be considered a significant advantage.
