- • As an Inside Sales Account Executive at Perseus Group’s Market Leader division, you will drive revenue growth by selling digital advertising and software solutions to real estate professionals nationwide, playing a critical role in helping agents build lasting client relationships through effective lead generation and management.
- • Day to day, you will achieve monthly revenue targets by managing inbound leads and actively prospecting new clients, diligently following up to overcome objections, demonstrating product value via email, phone, online demos, and presentations, and ensuring a smooth handoff to Onboarding and Customer Success teams for optimal client experience.
- • You will join a mission-driven team rooted in a strong culture of partnership and growth, where teaching, coaching, and continuous improvement are valued, and where you’ll be empowered to develop as a sales professional within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
- • In this role, you will learn advanced sales techniques in the real estate tech space, master consultative selling, sharpen communication and objection-handling skills, and have clear pathways to grow into leadership roles through internal promotion opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Sales experience in B2B/B2C or Service/Hospitality industry preferred
- • High degree of personal accountability and standards
- • Team player who is willing to learn and looking to grow their sales career
- • Active listener, great communicator, and the ability to present if needed
- • Independent and self-motivated with the ability to thrive working remotely
