- • As an Account Executive at Gray Swan AI, you will be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving and critical market, responsible for driving the end-to-end sales cycles of our cutting-edge AI safety and security platform. You won't just be selling software; you'll be protecting organizations from emerging AI security threats, building real-time threat detection, automated validation, and adaptive defenses for AI labs and enterprises. - • You will own the entire sales process, from the initial engagement with potential clients through to the successful close of deals. This often begins with securing paid pilot programs, which then evolve into long-term production deployments of our comprehensive AI safety and security platform. Your responsibilities will encompass selling solutions that include automated adversarial testing, red teaming capabilities, and runtime defensive measures specifically designed for AI systems.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders, including technical experts within AI, security, and engineering teams, as well as executive leadership. You will need to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision, working collaboratively with our internal technical teams to accurately scope solutions and address intricate customer inquiries. This requires a proactive approach to learning and a genuine interest in understanding the nuances of AI security.
- • You will be engaging with buyers in highly regulated and high-stakes industries such as financial services, healthcare, and insurance. These sectors are increasingly reliant on AI but also face significant risks, making our platform indispensable. - • Pipeline generation will be a significant part of your role, utilizing a multi-faceted approach that includes leveraging inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts, actively networking at industry conferences, cultivating referrals, and executing targeted outbound campaigns. You will partner closely with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) to efficiently convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities, while simultaneously identifying and developing your own lead sources.
- • Maintaining strong momentum throughout long, multi-stakeholder sales processes is paramount. You will need to develop strategies to keep all parties engaged and informed, ensuring smooth progression towards a close. This involves understanding the decision-making processes within large enterprises and adapting your approach accordingly.
- • You will have the unique opportunity to work directly with the company's founders, as well as the product and engineering teams. This close collaboration will allow you to shape customer pilots and deployments, providing invaluable feedback from the field.
